The renovation began in April 2021 and included a new boiler, french drain, new waterpipe, driveway graded and resurfaced with new stone, 3 completely remodeled bathrooms, electrical connections and the haul off of old material.
At every stage in our renovation, from start to completion, Kevin was always available to discuss, advised and make any changes we wanted, even though we were back in Oregon with an 8-hour time difference. During the renovation we talked at least once a day to discuss, progress, options and any additional requirements. Kevin was always pleasant, professional and easy to work with.

We began renovation on house in late 2020. Kevin and his team worked on house for over a year. The work consisted of; a new roof, knocking internal walls, underfloor heating, heat pump, drylining, lay floors, building of a conservatory extension among other things.
We can’t speak highly enough of Kevin and his team. Not only are the highly skilled tradesmen who complete work to a very high standard, they are friendly and honest and nothing was ever a problem. Plans changed as they do and Kevin was always very accommodating and understanding.
Kevin was very approachable and easy to work with and he takes great pride in his work. You always got the sense that he wanted the best for his client even if it meant knocking another block wall! We are very happy with the work he carried out for.

Our 200 year old thatched house was severely damaged by fire and Kevin and his colleagues have been rebuilding it to its former state.
Apart for rethatching the roof, Kevin has dealt with whole rebuild. We have taken advantage of the rebuild to ensure that the structure is authentic as possible so that the house retains its character whilst having all of the requirements for modern living. His knowledge and experience have been essential to achieve this.
At every stage of the build Kevin has discussed, advised and included any features that we required. The standard and quality of the work has been excellent.
We have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone who would require any building work done whatever it may be.
In November 2012 Mr Kevin Ryan completed the building of an elaborate extension for me at the address below.
He saw the project through from demolition of existing structures through to handover of the completed building. His tender was not the cheapest I received but invited acceptance because of its impressive detail and transparency.
At all times and in all respects he proved to be a reliable and skilful builder. He was both approachable and helpful. In fact, on a number of occasions, he was able to suggest improvements to the architect’s original plans.
The building was completed in a timely manner and, under his guidance, his tradesmen produced an exceptional finish. The snagging list was extremely short.
I would be happy to recommend Mr Ryan without reservation.
